About Founder
Tushar Jaruhar is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience in insurance, technology, operations, marketing, and banking. He has worked with Zurich Insurance Group, Reliance, GE Capital, and Hewlett-Packard, driving business impact across Europe and Asia-Pacific. At Reliance, he helped set up the telecommunication network and managed the successful Reliance IndiaCall service. At GE Capital, he improved productivity and managed risk for global banking clients. At Hewlett-Packard, he led quality and operational excellence initiatives.
Tushar holds dual Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He has trained over 25,000 professionals and teaches at prestigious institutions, including IIMs and IITs. His courses cover accounting, finance, operations, AI, machine learning, and more. He is a certified Six Sigma trainer and a member of the Society of Actuaries USA.
